Dr. Paulus earned a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. He performs comprehensive eye examinations, treats diseases and injuries of the eye, and prescribes contact lenses. He is certified in CRT (Corneal Refractive Therapy) and has a particular interest in the treatment and management of glaucoma.

Dr. McKinney was born and raised in Rossford, Ohio, along with his 4 sisters. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2021. Dr. McKinney previously completed his undergraduate studies in Neuroscience at Ohio State University, where he graduated with Honors in 2017. Dr. McKinney practices full-scope optometry with particular interest in fitting specialty contact lenses and treating ocular disease. He sees a wide variety of patients beginning at 6 months of age.
Dr. McKinney now resides just outside of Bowling Green, Ohio with his wife Jessica and their two children, Eli and Iris. Outside of the office, Dr. McKinney is most likely watching the Buckeyes, Philadelphia Eagles, and Philadelphia Phillies. He also enjoys playing video games with his son and traveling with his family.

Findlay Optometry Clinic and Meade Eyecare
Dr. Peiffer is originally from Fostoria, OH where he graduated from St. Wendelin High School, and continued with his undergraduate education at the University of Toledo. Dr. Peiffer graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in June of 2009, after completing internships at The Dayton VA Medical Center, The Ohio State University, Retina Vitreous Associates, Bloomberg Laser Center, and various other clinics around the state of Ohio. He enjoys working with patients who wear contact lenses, co-managing cataract and refractive surgeries, and managing all types of ocular disease. Dr. Peiffer sees patients from birth on. He currently resides in Bowling Green with his wife, Kristi, and their three sons. He serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and as the Chair of ACT BG. In his free time, Dr. Peiffer enjoys spending time with family on Lake Erie, boating, traveling, and playing golf.

Findlay Optometry Clinic and Meade Eyecare
Dr. Hood grew up in Bloomville, Ohio. He is a 2011 graduate of Buckeye Central high school. He attended Bowling Green State university and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2015. He then attended The Ohio State university College of Optometry and obtained a Doctorate of Optometry in 2020. While in optometry school, he was very involved as the president of the Private Practice Club and an active member of the Ocular Disease Club.
Dr. Hood provides medical optometric care for acute and chronic eye diseases, in addition to routine preventative eye care. He has a particular interest in anterior segment disease and specialty contact lenses. He treats a wide variety of conditions including keratoconus, dry eye disease, glaucoma, age related macular degeneration, thyroid eye disease and diabetes.
Dr. Hood and his wife Tara reside in Tiffin, Ohio. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. In his free time, he likes spending time outdoors, going to the lake and playing sports.

Dr. Meade was raised in Fremont, Ohio, he is a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Meade and his wife Barbara have three children, Ben, Sam and Hannah. He was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by his father, who is a retired physician at Memorial Hospital in Fremont. He loves to travel and hike. He hopes to be blessed to practice optometry for several decades with an occasional trip to Florida to walk the beach. As a Doctor of Optometry, part of my commitment to my patients is ongoing professional education. As technology and the world around us changes, I have to keep up to date because I have to provide the best care possible for your eyes.
